The biggest organization doing research for tinnitus treatment and cure is the American Tinnitus Association. Scientist work to find more information about tinnitus in order to find a permanent treatment and cure. The Association considers tinnitus to be their uppermost priority and help the tinnitus patients many ways. The excellent researchers are awarded funds by the association to help them in their extensive further researches.

Some tinnitus patients get affected only during the nights, while others hear noises throughout the day and the whole day's work is spoiled.
